The NCOC Turnaround HSSE Briefing is an interactive safety orientation program designed to prepare all personnel involved in the 2026 Turnaround for safe and efficient operations at the Onshore Processing Facility (OPF).

The scope and duration of the Turnaround — a 35-day mechanical work program involving over 50 contracting companies and more than 1,800 work orders.

The layout and operational zones of the OPF, including safety boundaries, access routes, and muster points.

Mandatory site rules covering PPE requirements, clean-shaven policy, alcohol and drug testing, and security procedures.
